FitSM Foundation 提供以下语言版本：

Les examens FitSM sont basés sur les normes FitSM. Les normes sont disponibles en téléchargement gratuit sur le site web FitSM.
Toutes les parties de la norme FitSM et les documents connexes publiés par le groupe de travail FitSM sont sous licence Creative Commons International.
Há um curso Foundation de um dia que fornece conhecimento básico de gerenciamento de serviços de TI e apresenta o modelo FitSM.
Após passar no exame Foundation, os candidatos podem fazer um dos dois cursos de nível Avançado: Planejamento e Entrega de Serviços (SPD) ou Operação e Controle de Serviços (SOC). Ambos os cursos são ministrados em 2 dias.
Candidatos que passam em ambos os exames de nível Avançado podem completar o curso Expert de 2 dias, que cobre aspectos práticos da implementação e melhoria do gerenciamento de serviços de TI em uma função de liderança.
APMG zostało wyznaczone jako Instytut Egzaminacyjny przez ITEMO, właścicieli FitSM, w celu akredytacji organizacji szkoleniowych i ich trenerów do prowadzenia certyfikacji FitSM.
Ze standardu FitSM, FitSM-0 i FitSM-1 zostały zaktualizowane do wersji 3. Pozostałe części są obecnie w trakcie aktualizacji, materiały i egzaminy również zostaną zaktualizowane, aby z nimi się zgadzać.
Obecnie egzamin i materiały FitSM Foundation są dostępne w wersji 3.
There is a one day Foundation course which provides basic IT service management knowledge and introduces the FitSM model.
After passing the Foundation exam, candidates can then take one of the two Advanced level courses: Service Planning and Delivery (SPD) or Service Operation and Control (SOC). Both courses are delivered over 2 days.
Candidates who pass both of the Advanced level examinations can complete the 2 day Expert course, which covers practical aspects of implementing and improving IT service management in a leadership role.
Vom FitSM Standard wurden FitSM-0 & FitSM-1 auf Version 3 aktualisiert. Andere Teile werden derzeit aktualisiert, Materialien und Prüfungen werden ebenfalls entsprechend angepasst.
Derzeit sind die FitSM Foundation Prüfung und Materialien als v3 verfügbar.
APMG wurde von ITEMO, den Inhabern von FitSM, als Prüfungsinstitut ernannt, um Schulungsorganisationen und deren Trainer für die Durchführung der FitSM-Zertifizierungen zu akkreditieren.
