FitSM® Certification
Do FitSM Standard, FitSM-0 & FitSM-1 foram atualizados para a versão 3. Outras partes estão atualmente em processo de atualização, materiais e exames também serão atualizados para se alinhar com essas mudanças.
Atualmente o exame e materiais FitSM Foundation estão disponíveis como v3.
A APMG foi designada como Instituto de Exames pela ITEMO, proprietária do FitSM, para credenciar organizações de treinamento e seus instrutores para ministrar as certificações FitSM.
Hay un curso de Foundation de un día que proporciona conocimientos básicos de gestión de servicios de TI e introduce el modelo FitSM.
Después de aprobar el examen de Foundation, los candidatos pueden tomar uno de los dos cursos de nivel Avanzado: Planificación y Entrega de Servicios (SPD) o Operación y Control de Servicios (SOC). Ambos cursos se imparten durante 2 días.

Of the FitSM Standard, FitSM-0 & FitSM-1 have been updated to version 3. Other parts are currently in the process of being updated, materials and exams will also be updated to align with these.

APMG has been appointed as an Examination Institute by ITEMO, the owners of FitSM, to accredit training organisations and their trainers to deliver the FitSM certifications.

For individuals self-studying it is almost impossible to say. As all candidates have different experience and amount of time available for study, it varies from person to person.
We suggest you download the FitSM standards and the training materials, and have a look through for yourself before deciding how long you need to spend learning.
FitSM training material can be downloaded for free from the FitSM website.
For those studying with an accredited training organization, the FitSM Foundation courses are generally delivered over one day. Please check with your training provider before booking the course.

Il existe un cours Foundation d'une journée qui fournit des connaissances de base en gestion des services informatiques et présente le modèle FitSM.
Après avoir réussi l'examen Foundation, les candidats peuvent suivre l'un des deux cours de niveau Avancé : Planification et Prestation de Services (SPD) ou Exploitation et Contrôle de Services (SOC). Les deux cours sont dispensés sur 2 jours.
Les candidats qui réussissent les deux examens de niveau Avancé peuvent compléter le cours Expert de 2 jours, qui couvre les aspects pratiques de la mise en œuvre et de l'amélioration de la gestion des services informatiques dans un rôle de direction.
