Step 1 – Initial Application
Submit your application to start the accreditation process.
Step 2 – Application Review
Your application is reviewed against APMG’s eligibility criteria before acceptance.
Step 3 – Assessment
We assess three key areas:
- Management Systems – processes for delivering and administering training.
- Course Materials – content quality and alignment with certification syllabuses.
- Trainers – knowledge, delivery skills, and professional standards.

Step 4 – Certification
Once you’ve met the required standards, you’re formally certified as an APMG ATO.
Step 5 – Surveillance
Ongoing checks and spot audits to ensure continued compliance and quality.
Step 6 – Reassessment
A full reassessment every five years to maintain accreditation.
