OpenSM™ Foundation
There is no supporting textbook or publication for OpenSM. Candidates must attend an accredited training course and will be provided with all the relevant materials during the course.
The OpenSM Foundation exam is only available in Italian.
OpenSM Foundation courses are generally delivered over 2 days. However, it is well worth investigating with individual training providers, as some will offer tailored, online or blended learning solutions.
Summaries of the structure of the OpenSM Foundation examination is below:
- 50 multiple choice questions
- 1 hour duration
- Pass mark: 28 marks or more (out of 50)
- Closed book (no reference materials permitted)
Parcerias Público-Privadas (CP3P)Certificação
L'examen Foundation couvre le chapitre 1 du Guide PPP : Introduction et Aperçu, incluant l'Annexe A et le Glossaire. Il s'agit d'un module et d'un examen obligatoires pour pouvoir passer aux étapes suivantes.
L'examen de Préparation couvre les chapitres 2 à 5 (sections 1 à 5.8 et section 9.9 du chapitre 5 uniquement) ; et
L'examen d'Exécution couvre les chapitres 5 à 8.
The audience for the Certification Program includes individuals working on PPPs or individuals interested in learning about PPPs, regardless of discipline or sector. Some previous knowledge or experience in the topics covered in the PPP Guide, related to PPPs in general will be advantageous, but lack of experience should not prevent anyone from taking part in the Certification Program.
Anyone can apply to take the exams leading to gaining the CP3P credential, however in order to be eligible to take the Preparation and Execution exams, you must have already passed the Foundation exam.
This PPP Guide compiles good PPP practices from a wide variety of regions and sectors and provides the basis for courses and examinations. This publication has undergone a robust peer review process. It was reviewed by a panel comprising a wide range of PPP practitioners and MDBs covering all regions and sectors.
Egzamin Foundation jest dostępny w języku angielskim, albańskim, portugalskim (Brazylia), chińskim, francuskim, japońskim, hiszpańskim (Ameryka Łacińska), rumuńskim, rosyjskim, ukraińskim, serbskim i wietnamskim.
Egzamin Preparation jest dostępny w języku angielskim, portugalskim (Brazylia), chińskim, hiszpańskim (Ameryka Łacińska) i rosyjskim.
Egzamin Execution jest dostępny w języku angielskim, chińskim i rosyjskim.
