Certificação FitSM®
Die FitSM-Prüfungen basieren auf den FitSM-Standards. Die Standards können kostenlos von der FitSM-Website heruntergeladen werden.
Alle Teile des FitSM-Standards und verwandte Materialien, die von der FitSM-Arbeitsgruppe veröffentlicht wurden, sind unter einer Creative Commons International License lizenziert.
Esiste un corso Foundation di un giorno che fornisce conoscenze di base sulla gestione dei servizi IT e introduce il modello FitSM.
Dopo aver superato l'esame Foundation, i candidati possono quindi seguire uno dei due corsi di livello Advanced: Service Planning and Delivery (SPD) o Service Operation and Control (SOC). Entrambi i corsi si svolgono nell'arco di 2 giorni.
I candidati che superano entrambi gli esami di livello Advanced possono completare il corso Expert di 2 giorni, che copre gli aspetti pratici dell'implementazione e del miglioramento della gestione dei servizi IT in un ruolo di leadership.
Du standard FitSM, FitSM-0 & FitSM-1 ont été mis à jour vers la version 3. D'autres parties sont actuellement en cours de mise à jour, les supports et examens seront également mis à jour pour s'aligner avec ceux-ci.
Actuellement, l'examen et les supports FitSM Foundation sont disponibles en version 3.
APMG a été désigné comme Institut d'Examen par ITEMO, les propriétaires de FitSM, pour accréditer les organismes de formation et leurs formateurs afin de délivrer les certifications FitSM.
Os exames FitSM são baseados nos padrões FitSM. Os padrões estão disponíveis para download gratuito no site do FitSM.
Todas as partes do padrão FitSM e material relacionado publicado pelo grupo de trabalho FitSM são licenciados sob uma Licença Creative Commons International.
FitSM Foundation is available in:
- Version 3: English, French, German
- Version 1: German, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese & Italian.
FitSM Advanced Service Operation and Control is available in: English & German.
FitSM Advanced Service Planning and Delivery is available in: English & German.
FitSM Expert is available in: English & German.
FitSM Advance Bridge is available in: English & German.
The FitSM examinations are based on the FitSM standards. The standards are available to download free of charge from the FitSM website.

Er is een eendaagse Foundation-cursus die basiskennis van IT-servicemanagement biedt en het FitSM-model introduceert.
Na het slagen voor het Foundation-examen kunnen kandidaten vervolgens een van de twee Advanced-cursussen volgen: Service Planning and Delivery (SPD) of Service Operation and Control (SOC). Beide cursussen worden over 2 dagen gegeven.
Kandidaten die slagen voor beide Advanced-examens kunnen de 2-daagse Expert-cursus voltooien, die praktische aspecten van het implementeren en verbeteren van IT-servicemanagement in een leiderschapsrol behandelt.
Dello Standard FitSM, FitSM-0 e FitSM-1 sono stati aggiornati alla versione 3. Altre parti sono attualmente in fase di aggiornamento, anche i materiali e gli esami saranno aggiornati per allinearsi a questi.
Attualmente l'esame e i materiali FitSM Foundation sono disponibili come v3.
APMG è stata nominata come Istituto di Esame da ITEMO, i proprietari di FitSM, per accreditare le organizzazioni di formazione e i loro formatori per erogare le certificazioni FitSM.
