Seules ces organisations et les partenaires/affiliés enregistrés sont autorisés à fournir des services de formation pour les certifications APMG/ABC.
Le certificazioni Agile Business Consortium Scrum Master, Product Owner ed Essentials sono valide a vita e non scadono. Non ci sono requisiti obbligatori di ri-certificazione.
Scrum to framework służący do tworzenia, dostarczania i utrzymywania złożonych produktów poprzez efektywną współpracę zespołową. Pozwala ludziom radzić sobie ze złożonymi problemami adaptacyjnymi, jednocześnie produktywnie i kreatywnie dostarczając produkty o najwyższej możliwej wartości.
Scrum nie jest procesem, techniką czy definitywną metodą. Jest raczej frameworkiem, w ramach którego można zastosować różne procesy i techniki.
Framework składa się z Zespołów Scrum oraz powiązanych ról, wydarzeń, artefaktów i zasad.
W Scrum istnieją 3 kluczowe role: Product Owner, Zespół Deweloperski i Scrum Master.
The Process Communication Model® (PCM)
Find a training course on the Kahler Communication France (KCF) website. Once you have completed your Process Communication training and have requested to seek certification you will be asked by your training provider to provide your name and email address. Your details will then be passed to KCF.
KCF will register your details in the APMG Process Communication Certification portal.
The assessment process is divided into two stages, an online recorded interaction assessment and an oral assessment. You will be required to successfully pass both elements of the assessment process in order to gain certification.
