FAQ

Lean IT is een manier van denken en handelen, waarbij Lean-principes worden toegepast op IT service management praktijken. Het uitgangspunt is het leveren van waarde aan klanten, waarbij de medewerkers degenen zijn die daadwerkelijk dagelijks waarde leveren en wegversperringen en oplossingen identificeren. Managers zorgen ervoor dat medewerkers worden gefaciliteerd en aangemoedigd in hun streven om klantwaarde te leveren.

In wezen draait Lean IT om het opbouwen van een klant- en waardegerichte cultuur waarin managers en medewerkers zich bezighouden met het wegwerken van verspilling, inflexibiliteit en variabiliteit uit de organisatie en haar diensten. Het is niet gericht op technische aspecten van IT.

Os exames APMG Lean IT Foundation estão disponíveis em inglês, espanhol europeu, português brasileiro e japonês.

Kaizen está disponível em inglês, espanhol e japonês. 

Leadership está disponível atualmente apenas em inglês.

A versão de 2011 do exame Lean IT Foundation ainda está disponível em francês e holandês.

Die Qualifikation und Zertifizierung ist lebenslang gültig, ohne Ablaufdatum oder Anforderung für eine erneute Qualifikation.

The APMG Lean IT Foundation examinations are available in English, European Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese.

Kaizen is available in English, Spanish and Japanese. 

Leadership is currently available in English only.

The 2011 version of the Lean IT Foundation examination is currently still available in French and Dutch.

De ondersteunende publicaties zijn momenteel alleen beschikbaar in het Engels.

To upgrade from Lean Green Belt to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, candidates will need to attend a Lean Six Sigma 5-day training course and then sit the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Theory exam.

Na het slagen voor het Lean Six Sigma Green of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt theorie-examen, kunnen individuen de Green of Black Belt praktijkbeoordeling(en) voltooien om een Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt of Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt te worden.

U kunt zich aanmelden om de praktijkbeoordeling te voltooien via uw Geaccrediteerde Trainingsorganisatie, of direct via APMG.

De praktijkbeoordeling moet worden voltooid binnen 3 jaar na het slagen voor het theorie-examen. Om de sjablonen voor de praktijkbeoordelingen te downloaden, bezoekt u de Lean Six Sigma Academy website.

The Yellow Belt certification is not valid for a defined period and will not expire.

Within 3 years of passing the Green or Black Belt Theory examination, candidates should complete the Green or Black Belt Practical Assessment to be recognized as a 'Lean Six Sigma Certified Green/Black Belt'. The Green Belt and Black Belt Practical Assessments are not valid for a defined period and do not expire.

All Lean Six Sigma exams are open book and the following materials can be taken into the exam:

Yellow Belt:

• A maximum of two books:
  • We recommend ‘Climbing the Mountain – Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Orange Belts’ for exams based on version 2.4 of the skill set
  • We recommend ‘Climbing the Mountain – Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts’ for exams based on version 3.2 of the skill set
• Calculator
• Please note that the Exercise books are NOT permitted in the exam

Green Belt:

• A maximum of two books:
  • We recommend ‘Climbing the Mountain – Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Green Belts’ and ‘Statistical Tables Aid for Green & Black Belt Examinations’
