STAR® Manager Zertifizierung
Completar todo el programa sin duda te proporcionará un conjunto integral de habilidades prácticas para cambiar tu estilo de gestión y poder apoyar el desarrollo de otros. Dependiendo de tu rol y tus objetivos, también puedes lograr resultados transformadores tomando solo el primer conjunto de 10 módulos que conforman STAR® Coach. El programa te brinda completa flexibilidad y una serie de opciones para elegir el recorrido que completen tus estudiantes.
We recommend you aim to spend around 1-hour per week working on the programme, with the aim to complete a module a week. This time can be divided across a number of activities, such as completing the eLearning module, carrying out other programme activities, completing workplace Missions and reflecting on your performance in the Learning Logs.
The programme is designed so that STAR® Coach can be completed in approx. 3 months and STAR® Manager Practitioner programme in 6 months.

La durata standard della licenza è di 6 mesi per ogni programma di 10 moduli acquistato. Ad esempio, 6 mesi per STAR® Coach (10 moduli) o 12 mesi per STAR® Manager (20 moduli), dalla data di rilascio dei dettagli di accesso. Durante il periodo di licenza, avrai accesso completo al tuo programma STAR®, incluse le Live Learning Station.
The Process Communication Model® (PCM)
The online assessment will consist of 6 character scenarios that represent each of the 6 personality types. Each scenario will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Once you have successfully passed the online assessment, you will be able to progress to the oral assessment stage of the certification process.
The oral assessments will be conducted via a telephone and video conference (a webcam will be required). The assessment will be conducted by a KCF approved assessor who will hold appropriate subject matter knowledge and relevant experience to assess your competency.
During your assessment you will be required to demonstrate your knowledge of the Process Communication Model by talking through certain situations and scenarios with the assessor, and being able to respond appropriately. The assessment will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This equates to 10 minutes per assessment for each personality type.
Currently the certification is available in French only.
Further translations will be considered subject to market demand.
The certification is not valid for a defined period of time and will not expire.
Find a training course on the Kahler Communication France (KCF) website. Once you have completed your Process Communication training and have requested to seek certification you will be asked by your training provider to provide your name and email address. Your details will then be passed to KCF.
KCF will register your details in the APMG Process Communication Certification portal.
