网络防御能力评估工具 (CDCAT®)
Het TEPIMOIL-raamwerk wordt gebruikt als checklist door het Britse Ministerie van Defensie om te voorkomen dat nieuwe uitrusting wordt geleverd zonder de noodzakelijke ondersteuningssystemen. Het principe van "Interoperabiliteit" wordt ook beschouwd als een overkoepelend thema dat de Defence Lines of Development (DLoDs) met elkaar verbindt. Het acroniem staat voor:
- Training: Ervoor zorgen dat personeel goed voorbereid is en over de nodige vaardigheden beschikt.
- Equipment: Het leveren van de juiste platforms, wapens en hulpmiddelen.
- Personnel: Voldoende mensen hebben met de juiste vaardigheden en motivatie.
- Information: Het leveren en beheren van informatie die nodig is voor commando en controle.
- Management: Begrijpen of beleid en beslissingen de versterkte veiligheid adequaat ondersteunen.
- Organisation: Het creëren van de juiste structuren en commandolijnen.
- Infrastructure: Het leveren van fysieke bases, faciliteiten en ondersteuningssystemen.
- Logistics: Het beheren van de bevoorrading, het onderhoud en de ondersteuning van de capaciteit.
CDCAT został opracowany przez APMG przy użyciu nauki licencjonowanej przez Ministerstwo Obrony (MoD) i Laboratorium Nauki i Technologii Obronnych (DSTL). Każdy standard, framework, wytyczne lub raport zostały zmapowane do różnych grup kontrolnych przez nasz zespół ds. standardów.
