Treinamento e Certificação de Certified Local Change Agent (CLCA)
The scheme offers a comprehensive set of guidance aimed at selected individuals who are facing significant change within their organization, equipping them with the knowledge, tools and techniques to support their teams and colleagues through the change process.
Upon completing of the course, the candidate will:
- Have an understanding of organizational change;
- Know the typical response to change and how individuals can be helped to engage and be supported through the change process;
- Be equipped to develop appropriate learning and communication plans for change and assess the change readiness in their area;
- Be able to help build purposeful relationships with line managers and change professionals on behalf of the work area.
The CLCA course, syllabus and exam is underpinned by the “Local Change Agents’ Handbook”.
Kwalifikacja CLCA nie jest ważna przez określony okres i nie wygasa.
Het CLCA-examen is gebaseerd op de "Local Change Agents' Handbook" die door de geaccrediteerde trainingsorganisatie wordt opgenomen als onderdeel van de bijbehorende trainingscursus.
Helaas kunnen kandidaten het handboek niet apart aanschaffen en kunnen ze alleen toegang krijgen tot de publicatie als onderdeel van de geaccrediteerde cursus.
Die CLCA-Qualifikation ist nicht für einen bestimmten Zeitraum gültig und läuft nicht ab.

Il programma consente a individui selezionati all'interno di un'organizzazione di essere formati come Istruttore Interno per erogare i corsi CLCA esclusivamente all'interno della propria organizzazione.
L'individuo selezionato dovrà essere approvato dall'organizzazione di formazione accreditata (ATO). Il processo richiede che l'individuo si sottoponga a una valutazione condotta dall'ATO. L'Istruttore Interno, dopo aver completato con successo la valutazione, sarà in grado di erogare corsi di formazione CLCA ai propri colleghi e ordinare esami tramite la propria ATO di valutazione. Si prega di notare che non viene rilasciata alcuna certificazione una volta approvati come Istruttore Interno.
L'examen CLCA n'est actuellement disponible qu'en anglais. D'autres traductions suivront probablement en fonction de la demande.
