The Professional Services (PS) Professional®
The PS Professional Foundation certificate does not expire.
This certification scheme is for people working, or aspiring to work, within Professional Services.
The PS Professional is an integrated set of techniques for professional service teams which recognises the fundamental importance of both technical and non-technical expertise, whilst taking into account existing certifications held by the individual. The material is drawn from several sources and has 5 focus areas:
- Athlete – Personal Effectiveness
- Rainmaker – Commercial
- Catalyst – Delivery/Operational
- Executive – Business
- Authority – Subject Matter Expert/Technical
There will be a Foundation level training course and examination for all 5 areas. We also hope to develop the scheme further with a Practitioner and Expert level of certification.
Pour les personnes qui étudient en autodidacte, il est presque impossible de le dire. Comme tous les candidats ont une expérience différente et un temps d'étude disponible variable, cela varie d'une personne à l'autre. Nous vous suggérons d'acheter les manuels et d'y jeter un coup d'œil par vous-même avant de décider combien de temps vous devez consacrer à l'apprentissage. Pour ceux qui étudient avec un organisme de formation agréé, chaque cours de base est généralement dispensé sur 3 jours. Il vaut vraiment la peine de se renseigner auprès des prestataires de formation, car beaucoup proposent des solutions d'apprentissage sur mesure et mixtes, et il peut également y avoir des travaux préparatoires et/ou à domicile.
Treinamento e Certificação de Certified Local Change Agent (CLCA)
CLCA考试基于"本地变革推动者手册"，该手册将由认证培训机构作为相关培训课程的一部分提供。
遗憾的是，考生无法单独购买该手册，只能通过参加认证课程来获取该出版物。
La qualification CLCA n'est pas valide pour une période définie et n'expire pas.
El examen CLCA se basa en el "Manual de Agentes de Cambio Local" que será incluido por la organización de capacitación acreditada como parte del curso de formación asociado.
Desafortunadamente, los candidatos no podrán comprar el manual por separado y solo pueden obtener acceso a la publicación como parte del curso acreditado.
O programa permite que indivíduos selecionados dentro de uma organização sejam treinados como Instrutor Interno para ministrar os cursos CLCA apenas dentro de sua organização.
O indivíduo selecionado precisará ser aprovado pela organização de treinamento credenciada (ATO). O processo exige que o indivíduo seja submetido a uma avaliação realizada pela ATO. O Instrutor Interno, após completar com sucesso a avaliação, poderá ministrar cursos de treinamento CLCA para seus colegas e solicitar exames através de sua ATO avaliadora. Observe que nenhuma certificação é concedida ao ser aprovado como Instrutor Interno.
Egzamin CLCA jest obecnie dostępny tylko w języku angielskim. Kolejne tłumaczenia prawdopodobnie pojawią się w zależności od zapotrzebowania.
Het programma biedt een uitgebreide set richtlijnen gericht op geselecteerde individuen die te maken hebben met significante veranderingen binnen hun organisatie, waarbij ze worden uitgerust met de kennis, hulpmiddelen en technieken om hun teams en collega's te ondersteunen tijdens het veranderingsproces.
Na voltooiing van de cursus zal de kandidaat:
- Een begrip hebben van organisatieverandering;
- De typische reactie op verandering kennen en weten hoe individuen kunnen worden geholpen om betrokken te raken en ondersteund te worden tijdens het veranderingsproces;
- Uitgerust zijn om passende leer- en communicatieplannen voor verandering te ontwikkelen en de veranderingsbereidheid in hun gebied te beoordelen;
- In staat zijn om zinvolle relaties met lijnmanagers en veranderprofessionals op te bouwen namens het werkgebied.
De CLCA-cursus, het curriculum en het examen worden ondersteund door het "Local Change Agents' Handbook".
The scheme allows for selected individuals within an organization to be trained as an Internal Instructor to deliver the CLCA courses within your organization only.
The selected individual will need to be approved by the accredited training organization (ATO). The process requires the individual to undergo an assessment carried out by the ATO. The Internal Instructor upon successfully completing the assessment will be able to deliver CLCA training courses to his colleagues and order exams through their assessing ATO. Please note that no certification is awarded upon being signed off as an Internal Instructor.
