Created by the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (part of the UK Government Treasury Department), this certification program offers practical guidance, training, and tools for developing strong business cases.

Infrastructure Business Cases - International Certification

  • A guided training and certification programme that supports the effective development of business cases for infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • The certification for Infrastructure Business Cases - International is developed in partnership with the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority which provides guidance on the Five Case Model.
  • To prepare for Infrastructure Business Cases certification exams, candidates must join an online (virtual) classroom or attend in-person training.
  • The typical duration of each course is 3 days for the Foundation and 2 for the Practitioner level.
