K-Infra is an organization created in 2016 dedicated 100% to the PPP field. A boutique specialized in PPP training, capacity building and consulting with quality and excellence at the heart of its strategy. The CEO of K-Infra, Andrés Rebollo, has more than 20 years’ of real experience with 60 PPPs structured and advised worldwide in all relevant sectors.

As an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) by APMG International, K-Infra is one of the leading firms worldwide delivering training for the PPP Certification Program (CP3P) with more than 2,900 candidates prepared in 45 different countries (as of December 2020).

Our main activity is to provide specialized training services and disseminate/implant good practices in the Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) area as a tool for procuring and managing infrastructures and services efficiently for governments, as a business path for builders and promoters of infrastructure and service operators, and as an investment asset for financial investors and banks.

PPP is an alternative for developing and managing infrastructures which offers great potential advantages in terms of efficiency, but it requires extra care and meaningful analysis than conventional procurement.. The potential of the PPP in helping to solve the “infrastructure gap” is enormous, but it requires homogenization of knowledge and a greater dissemination of “good practice”.
