This course is pretty unique in that it focuses on the types of behaviors and challenges we face when dealing with change. It’s the human connections and approaches that need to change to ensure the frameworks, methodologies and processes work. The Prosci ADKAR method is the closest alternative but it still a method to ‘apply’. The Change Ninja is more about experience, reflection and building new approaches for brain friendly change.

Die 4-Tage-Ninja-Challenge ist ein Live-Kleingruppen-Trainingsprogramm von The Change Ninja Ltd, das darauf ausgelegt ist, Führungskräften, Change-Leadern und Fachkräften dabei zu helfen, „Change Ninjas" zu werden. The cost of the training course is set by the training provider. Training providers may offer public courses (where individuals can book a place on an advertised course date) as well as in-company training for you and your colleagues.
