Since 2012 he combines ITSM and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to help IT organizations to realize more value from their ITSM initiatives, by focusing on both the leadership and the behavioral side of change.

Together with Joost Kerkhofs, he founded OBM Dynamics. This company trains and certifies ATOs and instructors to provide OBM trainings under license.
