Certyfikacja Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Officer odnosi się do infrastruktury odpornej na zmiany klimatu w dwojaki sposób: (1) odporna infrastruktura (lub odporność infrastruktury), która jest infrastrukturą przewidującą, przygotowującą się i dostosowującą do zmian klimatu; oraz (2) infrastruktura dla odporności (lub odporność poprzez infrastrukturę), która jest infrastrukturą zwiększającą odporność społeczności poprzez zmniejszenie wpływu zagrożeń klimatycznych lub zwiększenie zdolności adaptacyjnych. The CRIO Certificate was developed in collaboration with the World Bank Group, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and APMG International, responsible for the development of the CP3P Certification Program, as well as other Multilateral Development Banks and partner organizations.
