The CRIO Certificate was developed in collaboration with the World Bank Group, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and APMG International, responsible for the development of the CP3P Certification Program, as well as other Multilateral Development Banks and partner organizations.

- 50 multiple choice questions
- 40 minutes duration
- Pass mark: 25 out of 50 (50%)
- Closed book (no reference materials permitted)
