Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Certification
O esquema AgilePM tem como objetivo atender às necessidades daqueles que trabalham em um ambiente focado em projetos e querem ser ágeis.
Baseada nos fundamentos comprovados do Agile Project Framework do Agile Business Consortium, a certificação oferece a capacidade de entregar projetos Ágeis em organizações que exigem padrões, rigor e visibilidade em torno do gerenciamento de projetos, ao mesmo tempo que permite o ritmo acelerado, mudanças e empoderamento proporcionados pelo Agile.
O curso irá:
- Explicar como estabelecer as bases para projetos ágeis bem-sucedidos
- Explicar como um projeto ágil é gerenciado
- Esclarecer os diferentes estilos de gerenciamento necessários para projetos ágeis bem-sucedidos (comparados aos projetos "tradicionais")
- Fornecer integração com PRINCE2® e outras metodologias/frameworks de gerenciamento de projetos.

Alianzas Público-Privadas (CP3P)Certificación
O público-alvo do Programa de Certificação inclui indivíduos que trabalham com PPPs ou indivíduos interessados em aprender sobre PPPs, independentemente da disciplina ou setor. Algum conhecimento prévio ou experiência nos tópicos abordados no Guia de PPP, relacionados a PPPs em geral, será vantajoso, mas a falta de experiência não deve impedir ninguém de participar do Programa de Certificação.
Qualquer pessoa pode se inscrever para fazer os exames que levam à obtenção da credencial CP3P, no entanto, para ser elegível para fazer os exames de Preparação e Execução, você deve ter sido aprovado no exame Foundation.
Die Foundation-Prüfung deckt Kapitel 1 des PPP-Leitfadens ab: Einführung und Überblick, einschließlich Anhang A und des Glossars. Dies ist ein Pflichtmodul und eine Pflichtprüfung, um zu den nächsten Stufen übergehen zu können.

Candidates who complete all three exams are awarded the globally recognised CP3P credential which is endorsed by the Consultative Committee. This support along with collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank and the World Bank Group (WBG) points to its potential for global acceptance.

The PPP Certification Program Guide (the PPP Guide) compiles good practices in the PPP industry and is organized into eight modules that reflect the stages a PPP project lifecycle. It was written by a team of experts, chosen for their experience in PPP programs and projects in the target markets. Authors are listed on this website.
Contents of the PPP Guide have been peer reviewed by a wide group of PPP practitioners and leaders with relevant expertise. It will be updated periodically to reflect the needs, opinions, lessons and changing culture of the industry it serves. There is no need to get recertified every time the PPP Guide is updated.
The Foundation exam covers chapter 1 of the PPP Guide: Introduction and Overview, including Appendix A and the Glossary. This is a compulsory module and exam in order to proceed to next stages.
The Preparation exam covers chapters 2 to chapter 5 (sections 1 to 5.8 and section 9.9 of chapter 5 only); and
The Execution exam covers chapters 5 to chapter 8.
