The Process Communication Model® (PCM)
Find a training course on the Kahler Communication France (KCF) website. Once you have completed your Process Communication training and have requested to seek certification you will be asked by your training provider to provide your name and email address. Your details will then be passed to KCF.
KCF will register your details in the APMG Process Communication Certification portal.
The assessment process is divided into two stages, an online recorded interaction assessment and an oral assessment. You will be required to successfully pass both elements of the assessment process in order to gain certification.
The Full Application fee will be payable by your training organization. Costs will be incurred if you are required to re-take the Oral Assessment. The cost of any re-takes will be payable by the candidate:
Fees
- Certification: €575
- Online Assessment Re-Sit: No Charge
- Oral Assessment Re-Take: €75*
*fee applicable for 2nd re-take and any subsequent re-takes
The online assessment will consist of 6 character scenarios that represent each of the 6 personality types. Each scenario will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Once you have successfully passed the online assessment, you will be able to progress to the oral assessment stage of the certification process.
The oral assessments will be conducted via a telephone and video conference (a webcam will be required). The assessment will be conducted by a KCF approved assessor who will hold appropriate subject matter knowledge and relevant experience to assess your competency.
During your assessment you will be required to demonstrate your knowledge of the Process Communication Model by talking through certain situations and scenarios with the assessor, and being able to respond appropriately. The assessment will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This equates to 10 minutes per assessment for each personality type.
Currently the certification is available in French only.
Further translations will be considered subject to market demand.

Voor personen die zelfstudie doen is dit bijna onmogelijk te zeggen. Omdat alle kandidaten verschillende ervaring hebben en een verschillende hoeveelheid tijd beschikbaar hebben voor studie, verschilt dit van persoon tot persoon. We raden u aan de handleidingen te kopen en er zelf doorheen te kijken voordat u besluit hoeveel tijd u nodig heeft om te leren. Voor degenen die studeren bij een geaccrediteerde trainingsorganisatie wordt elke foundation cursus over het algemeen gedurende 3 dagen gegeven. Het is zeker de moeite waard om dit te onderzoeken bij de trainingsaanbieders, omdat velen op maat gemaakte en gemengde leeroplossingen aanbieden, en er kunnen ook voorbereidende cursussen en/of huiswerk zijn.
