El examen Foundation también está disponible en neerlandés y polaco.
Los candidatos que presenten un examen de Praxis Framework Foundation en un segundo idioma tienen derecho a tiempo adicional para completar el examen, es decir, los candidatos del examen Foundation reciben 15 minutos adicionales, mientras que los candidatos del examen Practitioner reciben 40 minutos adicionales para completar el examen.
