Lean Green Belt Certification
Lean Green Belt la formation vous dote des compétences nécessaires pour stimuler l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue en identifiant et en éliminant le gaspillage. Vous acquerrez des compétences pratiques dans des outils comme 5S, Kaizen, et la cartographie de la chaîne de valeur pour rationaliser efficacement les processus.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt la formation va plus loin en intégrant l'efficacité Lean avec l'analyse rigoureuse de qualité de Six Sigma. Vous apprendrez des outils statistiques avancés et le cadre DMAIC pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et conduire une amélioration mesurable.

Die Theorieebene umfasst die Durchführung einer Multiple-Choice-Prüfung und ist eine Voraussetzung für die praktische Ebene. Die praktische Ebene beinhaltet die Einreichung eines praktischen Lean-Projekts zur Bewertung.

Please see below for the structure of the Lean Green Belt certification:
Theory exam:
- 40 multiple choice questions.
- 25 marks (63%) or more required to pass.
- 120 minutes duration.
- Open-book (a maximum of any two books is permitted during the exam + statistical tables booklet (14 page PDF). Exercise books are NOT permitted during the exam.).
- Calculators and minitab are permitted.
Practical assessment:
- One successful project at CIMM level-III (or higher) must be submitted.
- The project has a financial impact of at least € 20,000 on an annual basis or another CTQ (like Lead Time) has been substantially improved.
- The project must follow the PDCA, DMAIC or DMADV roadmap.
- Projects should be signed off by the Champion. They hereby declare that the project has been carried out professionally and that objectives have been achieved and are sustainable.
- The language of the submitted project must be in English or Dutch.
- Practical assessments must be submitted no later than three years after passing the Lean Green Belt theoretical examination.
The project will be assessed by Master Black Belts assigned by the LSSA.
The result of the practical assessment will be either Pass or Fail. No score will be given.
In the event of a ‘Fail’ result, brief guidance will be given on those criteria that are deemed ‘Missing’ or ‘Incorrect’. Subsequently, a single retake resubmission is permitted.

Os princípios do lean são usados para otimizar processos e desempenho com foco na velocidade, eficiência e eliminação de desperdícios. A certificação Lean Green Belt foi desenvolvida em parceria com a Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA) e é baseada no 'Modelo de Maturidade de Melhoria Contínua' (CIMM), uma estrutura que orienta uma abordagem evolutiva em etapas para melhoria de processos desde o estágio inicial.
O objetivo da qualificação Lean Green Belt é confirmar que um candidato possui conhecimento, compreensão e aplicação suficientes da metodologia de melhoria de processos Lean, práticas e ferramentas analíticas para conseguir trabalhar eficazmente como líder de equipe de projetos de melhoria de processos Lean ou como membro de um projeto de melhoria de processos Black Belt, dentro de um ambiente que apoie o Lean.
Os candidatos podem obter certificação no nível Teórico e/ou Prático. O nível Teórico envolve fazer um exame em formato de múltipla escolha e é um pré-requisito para o nível Prático. O nível Prático envolve submeter um projeto Lean prático para avaliação.
