Treinamento e Certificação Half Double
Egzamin Half Double Foundation jest oparty na Half Double Methodology Handbook który jest dostępny zarówno w wersji papierowej, jak i elektronicznej w wydawnictwie Van Haren Publishing.
O exame da Half Double Foundation pode ser avaliado ao final do seu exame pelo seu instrutor ou fiscal/supervisor e resultados provisórios podem ser fornecidos. A APMG emitirá notificação formal do resultado do seu exame dentro de 2 dias úteis após receber sua prova. Todos os resultados estarão disponíveis no seu Portal do Candidato.
O avaliador fornecerá um resultado provisório ao final da sua entrevista de avaliação Practitioner ou Master. A APMG emitirá confirmação formal por email dentro de 5 dias úteis da sua entrevista.
In 2015, the Danish Industry Foundation and Implement Group established a research project to investigate how to improve efficiency and competitiveness of Danish industry. This led to the Half Double Institute being set up as a not-for-profit organization. Half Double Institute’s comprehensive research identified key concepts that any organization can use to deliver projects in less time, and which result in more impact.
Half Double is a project management approach based on actual human behavior, its unpredictability and complexity. It has been tested and validated through numerous projects in various industries and been applied to a wide range of project types – and it works.
The Half Double methodology focuses on 3 core elements:

- Flow – high intensity and frequent interaction to ensure continuous project progress.
- Leadership – leadership must embrace uncertainty and makes the project happen.

La estructura del examen de Half Double Foundation es la siguiente:
- 40 preguntas de opción múltiple
- Duración de 60 minutos
- Puntuación para aprobar: 28 de 40 (70%)
- Libro abierto (los candidatos pueden consultar cualquier material durante el examen)

El certificado Foundation no caduca y no hay requisitos continuos para mantener este nivel.
La certificación Practitioner es válida por 3 años y la certificación Master es válida por 5 años. Para mantener el estatus de Half Double Practitioner o Master, las personas deben completar la Re-Certificación Practitioner o la Re-Certificación Master antes del vencimiento de su certificado actual.

Una vez que hayas aprobado la re-certificación, se te otorgará un nuevo certificado Practitioner o Master (según corresponda) que será válido por 3 años.

The Half Double Foundation examination can be marked at the end of your exam by your trainer or invigilator/proctor and provisional results provided. APMG will issue formal notification of your exam result within 2 working days of receiving your exam paper. All results will be made available in your Candidate Portal.
The assessor will provide you with a provisional result at the end of your Practitioner or Master assessment interview. APMG will issue formal confirmation to you via email within 5 working days of your interview.
De Half Double 'Ignite' (Foundation) cursus wordt over het algemeen over 3 dagen gegeven. Controleer de cursusstructuur en duur bij uw cursusverstrekker voordat u boekt.
Na het bijwonen van een Ignite trainingscursus wordt verwacht dat kandidaten 2-3 maanden nodig hebben om de Half Double methodologie toe te passen op projecten voordat ze klaar zijn om zich aan te melden voor Practitioner certificering. Uw deelname aan de Boost en Practitioner trainingscursussen zal u helpen om uw gereedheid voor de Practitioner certificering te bepalen.
Het wordt verwacht dat kandidaten ongeveer 6 maanden nodig hebben om de Half Double methodologie toe te passen op projecten voordat ze klaar zijn om zich aan te melden voor Master certificering. Uw deelname aan de Boost en Master class trainingscursussen zal u helpen om uw gereedheid voor de Master certificering te bepalen.
