Les principes du lean sont utilisés pour optimiser les processus et les performances en mettant l'accent sur la vitesse, l'efficacité et l'élimination du gaspillage. La certification Lean Green Belt a été développée en partenariat avec la Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA) et est basée sur le 'Continuous Improvement Maturity Model' (CIMM), un cadre qui guide une approche évolutive par étapes pour l'amélioration des processus dès le début.

Le but de la qualification Green Belt est de confirmer qu'un candidat possède des connaissances, une compréhension et une application suffisantes de la méthodologie d'amélioration des processus Lean, de la pratique et des outils analytiques pour pouvoir travailler efficacement en tant que chef d'équipe de projets d'amélioration des processus Lean ou en tant que membre d'un projet d'amélioration des processus Black Belt, dans un environnement supportant le Lean.

Les candidats peuvent obtenir une certification pour le niveau Théorique et/ou le niveau Pratique. Le niveau Théorique implique de passer un examen au format de questions à choix multiples et est un prérequis pour le niveau Pratique. Le niveau Pratique implique de soumettre un projet Lean pratique pour évaluation.

Esame teorico:

• 40 domande a risposta multipla.
• 25 punti (63%) o più richiesti per superare l'esame.
• Durata di 120 minuti.
• A libro aperto (è consentito un massimo di due libri qualsiasi durante l'esame + libretto delle tabelle statistiche (PDF di 14 pagine). I quaderni per esercizi NON sono consentiti durante l'esame.).
• Calcolatrici e minitab sono consentiti.

Valutazione pratica:

• Deve essere presentato un progetto di successo a livello CIMM-III (o superiore).
• Il progetto ha un impatto finanziario di almeno € 20.000 su base annua o un altro CTQ (come il Lead Time) è stato sostanzialmente migliorato.
• Il progetto deve seguire la roadmap PDCA, DMAIC o DMADV.
• I progetti devono essere approvati dal Champion. Con ciò dichiarano che il progetto è stato eseguito professionalmente e che gli obiettivi sono stati raggiunti e sono sostenibili.
• La lingua del progetto presentato deve essere inglese o olandese.
• Le valutazioni pratiche devono essere presentate non oltre tre anni dal superamento dell'esame teorico Lean Green Belt.

Il progetto sarà valutato da Master Black Belt assegnati dalla LSSA.

Il risultato della valutazione pratica sarà Superato o Bocciato. Non verrà assegnato alcun punteggio.

In caso di risultato "Bocciato", verranno fornite brevi indicazioni sui criteri ritenuti "Mancanti" o "Errati". Successivamente, è consentita un'unica ripresentazione.

To upgrade from Lean Green Belt to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, candidates will need to attend a Lean Six Sigma 5-day training course and then sit the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Theory exam.

For individuals self-studying it is almost impossible to say. As all candidates have different experience and amount of time available for study, it varies from person to person. We suggest you buy the manual and have a look through for yourself before deciding how long you need to spend learning.

For those studying with an accredited training organization, Lean Green Belt courses are generally delivered over 5 days. It is well worth investigating with individual providers, as some will offer tailored, online or blended learning solutions.

The examination is supported by either of the following books:

• Climbing the Mountain - Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Green Belts – (first 6 chapters only)
• Training is supported by the Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt Exercises book:

Candidates can study for the Lean Green Belt exam using either the 2021 editions of these books, or earlier versions.

Os candidatos podem levar no máximo 2 livros para o exame. Os candidatos também podem usar calculadoras. Nenhum outro material pode ser levado para o exame.

Lo scopo della qualifica Green Belt è confermare che un candidato possieda conoscenze, comprensione e applicazione sufficienti della metodologia di miglioramento dei processi Lean, delle pratiche e degli strumenti analitici per poter lavorare efficacemente come team leader di progetti di miglioramento dei processi Lean o come membro di un progetto di miglioramento dei processi Black Belt, all'interno di un ambiente che supporti il Lean.

I candidati possono ottenere la certificazione per uno o entrambi i livelli Teorico e Pratico. Il livello Teorico prevede lo svolgimento di un esame in formato a scelta multipla ed è un prerequisito per il livello Pratico. Il livello Pratico prevede la presentazione di un progetto pratico Lean per la valutazione.

Praktische beoordeling:

• Eén succesvol project op CIMM niveau-III (of hoger) moet worden ingediend.
• Het project heeft een financiële impact van tenminste € 20.000 op jaarbasis of een andere CTQ (zoals Lead Time) is substantieel verbeterd.
• Het project moet het PDCA, DMAIC of DMADV routekaart volgen.
• Projecten moeten worden afgetekend door de Champion. Hiermee verklaren zij dat het project professioneel is uitgevoerd en dat doelstellingen zijn behaald en duurzaam zijn.
• De taal van het ingediende project moet Engels of Nederlands zijn.
• Praktische beoordelingen moeten uiterlijk drie jaar na het behalen van het Lean Green Belt theoretisch examen worden ingediend.

Het project wordt beoordeeld door Master Black Belts aangewezen door de LSSA.

Het resultaat van de praktische beoordeling zal Geslaagd of Gezakt zijn. Er wordt geen cijfer gegeven.

In het geval van een 'Gezakt' resultaat, wordt beknopte begeleiding gegeven over die criteria die als 'Ontbrekend' of 'Onjuist' worden beschouwd. Vervolgens is een enkele herkansing herindiening toegestaan.
