Project Planning and Control Training and Certification

  • Our Project Planning and Control (PPC) certification provides practical guidance for planning, delivering and controlling a project’s quality, cost and schedule.
  • Developed in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM), this training helps organizations standardize project management processes across delivery teams.
  • You can study in a way that suits you: self-paced e-learning, online (virtual) classroom, or in-person training. Alternatively, you can book an exam directly and self-study.
  • The typical duration of each course is 3 days for the Foundation and 2 for the Practitioner level.
  • Pricing is available from our Accredited Training Organizations, or for an exam-only option, via our Public Exam Portal.
