• When combined, Lean Six Sigma is a powerful management tool that can greatly improve an organization’s performance by providing a structured approach to resolve problems.
• The three levels of Lean Six Sigma certifications are based on EU-funded research by the Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA) to determine a common standard for Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
• Individuals can enter the certification at any Belt level, depending on previous knowledge and experience. Therefore, it is not necessary to achieve a lower Belt certification before moving on to a higher level.

• You can study in a way that suits you: self-paced e-learning, online (virtual) classroom, or in-person training. Alternatively, you can book an exam directly and self-study. 

• The typical duration of each course, when delivered as classroom training, is: 

  * 2 days for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 
  * 8 days for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  * 16 days for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
