As communities around the world face increasingly complex challenges like shifting climates and energy-efficient urbanization, public-private partnerships (PPPs) will play a pivotal role in paving the way towards steady progress.

While governments prioritize frameworks that incentivize ethical innovation, private firms must begin embracing transparency and societal responsibility.

The APMG PPP Certification Program® is an innovation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the World Bank Group (WBG) and was part funded by the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF).

CP3P Training and Certifications

CP³P is the world’s leading Public-Private Partnership (PPP) certification and serves as a vital qualification for those involved in complex infrastructure and procurement projects.
Developed in partnership with the World Bank and other MDBs, the CP³P certification is designed to help professionals successfully deliver all elements of PPPs.
There are three exams: Foundation, Preparation and Execution. Candidates passing all three exams can claim the CP³P credential.

You can study in a way that suits you: self-paced e-learning, online (virtual) classroom, or in-person training. Alternatively, you can book an exam directly and self-study.
Pricing options are available through our Accredited Training Organization (ATO) network, or for an exam-only option, via our Public Exam Portal.
