Bev Andrews
Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has devoted the past 20 years of her career to delivering business solutions across a broad range of services in a diverse set of industries. Bev has extensive experience in Organisational Management – managing, developing and facilitating change in order to achieve organisational improvement and transformation.
During her career, Bev has worked within organisations of different shapes and sizes, resources, health, finance and State/Local government. Bringing this experience to ASPIRE Change Management, Bev continues to provide the highest level of practical and empowering change management support, training and advice.
- Her recent engagements include:
- Establishment of an Enterprise change function for an Australian based health organisation, developing an in-house team of 10 change managers and analysts
- Developing and embedding a change management framework for a local council
- Formulating and executing the change strategy for a significant technology replacement enabling capability uplift of digital skills
- In-house training of the APMG Change Management and mentoring of various Government and corporate organisations in sustainable change management skills and knowledge.

- ACMP 202 Conference
- Project Management Institute (PMI) and Women in Projects at PMI
