PIAPPEM Institute is a premier organization dedicated to providing training services, conducting specialized studies in public investment and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and developing methodological tools for decision-making in public resource allocation. Established in 2007 through an initiative by the Inter-American Development Bank’s Multilateral Investment Fund (IDB MIF), PIAPPEM supports subnational entities in Mexico to create legal, technical, and institutional conditions for developing investment initiatives using PPP schemes.

At PIAPPEM Institute, we recognize the significant impact socio-environmental conditions and the climate emergency can have on projects. Since 2022, PIAPPEM Institute has been a CP3P Foundation Approved Training Organisation (ATO) by APMG.
