Who is Praxis Bridging Course for?
The Praxis Framework™ Bridging course and certification is suitable for anyone who:
- has previously attended project or programme management training and prefers a more integrated framework going forward
- wants an alternative route to becoming a Praxis Framework Practitioner - without needing to be Praxis Framework Foundation certified
Are there any pre-requisites?
Candidates must have at least one of the following certificates:
- PRINCE2® Foundation or Practitioner Certificate
- MSP® Foundation, Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner Certificate
- APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) Certificate
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) Certificate
- PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Certificate
- PM4SD™ Foundation or Practitioner Certificate.
- PMP®
- PgMP®
What are the key things you will learn?
- How to apply and tailor the Praxis Framework Management (P3M) functions and the interpersonal skills required of a project or programme manager to the complexity of a given scenario.
- The similarities and differences between the Praxis Framework and PRINCE2®, MSP® and APM Body of Knowledge.
Exam Format
The exam taken at the end of the Bridging Course is the Praxis Practitioner exam - since the Bridging Course is another route to becoming a Praxis Practitioner.
- Complex multiple-choice format
- 4 questions worth 20 marks each
- 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) –50%
- Duration of 2.5 hours
- Open-book permitted –the Praxis Framework Guide may be used during the exam
