Ipso facto have been amazing from start to finish. Leaving the Army has been very daunting and getting the skills to transition a long process. But Tim and his team have coached me through the whole process including the complicated process of using my ELC. I have just completed and passed my Change management course where I was taught by the amazing Sarah whose relaxed teaching style put me at ease from the first minute. She coached us through the process with professionalism giving us great insight not only to pass the exam but how to implement it practically. This is the second course I have completed with Ipso Facto and am currently looking at options for a third, Change Management. From the initial inquiry about attending the course, all members at Ipso Facto are courteous and helpful and offered all the help and guidance I needed. Julia the course tutor has a wealth of experience across P3M and has a laid-back but professional approach, and she was always willing to give up her own time if I or any of the other students needed extra clarification on the subject matter. I have attended other courses with different providers, however as opposed to someone just teaching the course syllabus, Julia would draw on her experience and give context to much of the content so it was much easier to envisage the procedures in the real world environment.
