Delivery of the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course is a critical building block in us equipping individuals and organisations with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver successful change. 

We are currently offering each UK Police Force two free places on our 5-day foundation and practitioner course.  After completing the course everyone will get three coaching sessions with an experienced Ignite change practitioner and be invited to join Ignites change practitioner network.

We have tailored the course to the Policing sector enabling delegates to share experience in a safe learning environment alongside people with similar challenges. The Ignite trainer will bring case studies and experiences from our own delivery of change making the course practical and relevant to policing. 

Ignite is the official sponsor of GB Skeleton development team. This gives us unique insight into the world of elite sport which we will bring to the course to illustrate change in a high-performance environment.
