Certyfikat Lean Green Belt został opracowany we współpracy z Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA) i opiera się na „Modelu Dojrzałości Ciągłego Doskonalenia" (CIMM), strukturze, która kieruje ewolucyjnym, etapowym podejściem do doskonalenia procesów od wczesnego stadium.

Exame teórico:

• 40 questões de múltipla escolha.
• 25 pontos (63%) ou mais necessários para aprovação.
• Duração de 120 minutos.
• Consulta permitida (máximo de dois livros permitidos durante o exame + caderno de tabelas estatísticas (PDF de 14 páginas). Cadernos de exercícios NÃO são permitidos durante o exame.).
• Calculadoras e minitab são permitidos.

Avaliação prática:

• Um projeto bem-sucedido no nível CIMM-III (ou superior) deve ser submetido.
• O projeto deve ter um impacto financeiro de pelo menos € 20.000 em base anual ou outro CTQ (como Lead Time) deve ter sido substancialmente melhorado.
• O projeto deve seguir o roteiro PDCA, DMAIC ou DMADV.
• Os projetos devem ser aprovados pelo Champion. Eles declaram que o projeto foi executado profissionalmente e que os objetivos foram alcançados e são sustentáveis.
• O idioma do projeto submetido deve ser em inglês ou holandês.
• As avaliações práticas devem ser submetidas no máximo três anos após a aprovação no exame teórico Lean Green Belt.

O projeto será avaliado por Master Black Belts designados pela LSSA.

O resultado da avaliação prática será Aprovado ou Reprovado. Nenhuma pontuação será fornecida.

Lean Green Belt Practical Assessments can be submitted in either English or Dutch – the templates are available to download in both languages.

Please see below for the structure of the Lean Green Belt certification:

Theory exam:

• 40 multiple choice questions.
• 25 marks (63%) or more required to pass.
• 120 minutes duration.
• Open-book (a maximum of any two books is permitted during the exam + statistical tables booklet (14 page PDF). Exercise books are NOT permitted during the exam.).
• Calculators and minitab are permitted.

Practical assessment:

• One successful project at CIMM level-III (or higher) must be submitted.
• The project has a financial impact of at least € 20,000 on an annual basis or another CTQ (like Lead Time) has been substantially improved.
• The project must follow the PDCA, DMAIC or DMADV roadmap.
• Projects should be signed off by the Champion. They hereby declare that the project has been carried out professionally and that objectives have been achieved and are sustainable.
• The language of the submitted project must be in English or Dutch.
• Practical assessments must be submitted no later than three years after passing the Lean Green Belt theoretical examination.

The project will be assessed by Master Black Belts assigned by the LSSA.

The result of the practical assessment will be either Pass or Fail. No score will be given.

In the event of a ‘Fail’ result, brief guidance will be given on those criteria that are deemed ‘Missing’ or ‘Incorrect’. Subsequently, a single retake resubmission is permitted.
