Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM®) Zertifizierung

AgilePgM wurde vom DSDM Consortium entwickelt, dessen Agile Project Framework schon immer die einzige Agile Methode war, die das Konzept eines Agile Projekts vollständig behandelt und detaillierte Anleitung zur Verwaltung und Durchführung von Agile Projekten bietet.
Agile Programme Management nimmt die DSDM Konzepte und Denkweise und wendet sie auf Programme Management an. Während das Agile Programme Management zeigt, wie DSDM Projekte in Agile Programme integriert werden können, unterscheidet es sich deutlich vom Agile Project Management und stellt neues Denken dar, das die besten Aspekte des traditionellen Programm-Managements mit der agilen Denkweise kombiniert.

AgilePgM was developed by the DSDM Consortium, whose Agile Project Framework has always been the only Agile method to fully-address the concept of an Agile project, and provide detailed guidance on how to manage and deliver Agile projects.
Agile Programme Management takes the DSDM concepts and thinking and applies them to Programme Management. Whilst the Agile Programme Management shows how DSDM projects can be incorporated into Agile Programmes, it is quite different from Agile Project Management and represents new thinking, combining the best aspects of traditional programme management with the agile mindset.
