Die Rezertifizierung ist fünf Jahre nach der ersten Zertifizierung für alle Stufen und Bereiche fällig. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Zertifikatsinhabers, den Rezertifizierungsprozess durch Antragstellung bis maximal sechs Monate nach Ablauf seines Zertifikats einzuleiten. Eine Verlängerung kann bis zu 12 Monate nach Ablauf des Zertifikats gewährt werden, sofern eine Begründung vorliegt.

Bevor Sie einen Antrag auf Rezertifizierung stellen, sollten Sie überlegen, ob eine höhere Zertifizierungsstufe nun besser zu Ihrer Karriereentwicklung und Erfahrung passt. In diesem Fall sollten Sie einen Antrag entsprechend den Bestimmungen für das entsprechende Zertifikat stellen.

Alle Stufen erfordern mindestens 35 Stunden Nachweis für kontinuierliche berufliche Weiterbildung (CPD) pro Jahr (insgesamt 175 Stunden) seit der letzten (Re-)Zertifizierung.

Anträge auf Rezertifizierung werden von einem entsprechend qualifizierten Prüfer der jeweiligen Stufe geprüft. Der Prüfer kann entscheiden, Folgendes zu empfehlen:

• Rezertifizierung ohne Bereitstellung weiterer Informationen.
• dass Sie zu einem Gespräch mit zwei Prüfern geladen werden.
• Ablehnung Ihres Antrags (falls die von Ihnen vorgelegten Nachweise unzureichend oder ungeeignet sind).

Sie müssen die folgenden Dokumente als Teil des Rezertifizierungsantrags einreichen: Antragsformular, Lebenslauf, vollständige Selbstbeurteilung, CPD-Protokoll, das belegt, dass Sie 35 Stunden CPD pro Jahr absolviert haben, und zwei Referenzschreiben.

Para que um candidato receba um certificado IPMA, ele deve ter concluído com sucesso cada uma das etapas de avaliação dentro de 18 meses a partir da data de aceitação de sua inscrição.

Os candidatos têm permissão para refazer uma etapa específica da qualificação apenas uma vez, antes de terem que começar a qualificação desde o início.

Dans le cas où un candidat échoue à l'une des étapes énumérées ci-dessous, il est autorisé à repasser l'examen une seule fois avant de devoir recommencer la qualification depuis le début.

Étapes d'évaluation qui peuvent être repassées une fois :

• Niveau A - Rapport et entretien
• Niveau B - Rapport, examen oral et entretien
• Niveau C - Rapport et examen
• Niveau D - Épreuve QCM et épreuve à questions courtes

Nous recommandons de prévoir un délai approprié pour réviser avant de repasser l'étape d'évaluation.

Les candidats peuvent soit repasser l'examen par l'intermédiaire d'un prestataire accrédité APMG ou réserver un examen ouvert/public.

A recertificação é devida cinco anos após a certificação inicial para todos os níveis e domínios. É responsabilidade do portador do certificado iniciar o processo de recertificação através de inscrição até no máximo seis meses a partir da data de vencimento do certificado. Uma extensão pode ser concedida até 12 meses a partir da data de vencimento do certificado, mediante justificativa.

Antes de se inscrever para a recertificação, você pode considerar se um nível mais alto de certificação agora é mais adequado ao seu desenvolvimento profissional e experiência. Nesse caso, você deve se inscrever de acordo com os regulamentos para o certificado relevante.

Re-certification is due five years after initial certification for all levels and domains. It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to initiate the re-certification process through application up to a maximum of six months from their certificate expiry date. An extension may be provided up to 12 months from the certificate expiry date, with justification.

Before applying for re-certification, you may wish to consider whether a higher level of certification is now better suited to your career development and experience. In that case, you should apply in accordance with the regulations for the relevant certificate.

All levels require a minimum of 35 hours’ evidence of Continual Professional Development (CPD) per annum (175 hours total) since the last (re-)certification.

Applications for re-certification will be considered by a suitably qualified assessor at the relevant level. The assessor may decide to recommend:

• re-certification without the provision of any further information.
• that you be called to interview with two assessors.
• rejection of your application (if the evidence you supply is insufficient or inappropriate).

You are required to submit to the following documents as part of the re-certification application: application form, CV, full self-assessment, CPD log demonstrating you have completed 35 hours of CPD per annum and two referee statements.

You will need to submit your re-certification application and supporting documents to APMG. We will contact you in advance of your certification expiry date with further details. Your application will be processed and the team will contact you with regards to payment of the appropriate fees.

Om kandidaten te ondersteunen bij het begrijpen hoe zij competentie-elementen en kerncompetentie-indicatoren uit IPMA's International Competence Baseline document zullen behalen, zijn de standaarden vertaald naar curricula die beter aansluiten bij UK-kwalificaties.
