Provek is a specialist project management training provider and consultancy.

Established in 1994, we have over 30 years’ experience in supporting organisations to develop their project delivery capability. Our training consultants are highly experienced project, programme and portfolio managers with proven real-world delivery experience within a wide variety of industry sectors including business communications, defence, education, engineering, finance, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and not-for-profit. 

Our expertise enables us to support our clients through a range of specialist services - structuring how projects are planned, deployed, monitored, and closed to enable successful delivery; implementing tools and business systems; introducing project management methodologies such as Agile involving mindset, methodology and training; wide skills assessments and developing project teams. Our goal is to work with them collaboratively to achieve their project goals, efficiently and effectively.

We take great pride in supporting project professionals at every stage of their career, from entry level through to chartered status and providing specialist training in AgilePM, Risk Management, Programme Management, Soft Skills and much more. Our training is offered through a variety of mediums to provide flexibility and meet budgets; online video training, public & corporate classroom training, and funded training through our skills bootcamps and apprenticeship. Training courses can be tailored for organisations, to create bespoke and targeted programmes.

Provek is accredited by APMG, APM, PeopleCert, ELCAS and is a main provider on the Government Register of apprenticeship training providers (ROATP) to deliver our Level 4 Associate Project Manager programme.
