Ethical Social Engineering - Advanced

Course level: Advanced application

Course objective: “To provide delegates with the requisite knowledge and skills in order to be able to undertake ethical social engineering activities and engagement on behalf of their organisations."

This hands-on, advanced/practitioner-level course equips delegates with the knowledge and skills to conduct ethical social engineering activities and identify critical areas of human risk within an organisation.

Through real-world case studies, interactive exercises, and practical guidance, delegates will not just learn but also apply the acquired knowledge/skills in real-life scenarios. They will understand how attackers exploit human psychology and how to use multiple social engineering techniques for defensive purposes.

The course content emphasises delegates’ abilities to navigate complex scenarios, conduct challenging social engineering activities, and consider their actions' broader ethical and legal implications.

Following completion of the course, delegates have the opportunity to gain an internationally recognised certification by attaining passing grades in all elements of a three-part assessment :
• Multiple-choice exam.
• Non-verbal communication/micro-expressions assessment.
• Viva voce exam.
