About CRIO Certification

CRIO Training and Certification Overview

  • This certification provides Public-Private Partnership (PPP) practitioners with the definitive credential for developing climate-resilient infrastructure PPPs.
  • Get certified as a Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Officer.
  • The CRIO Program is developed by the Global Center on Adaptation - with support from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands, and in close partnership with the World Bank Group (WBG), the African Development Bank (AfDB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF), and UNOPS.

The CRIO Handbook (version September 2021) provides the necessary reading materials for this certificate. You can also access the key discussions with experts at the CRIO Masterclass via GCA’s website.
