About ASL® Certification

ASL® Training and Certification Overview

  • The Application Services Library (ASL®) was developed by the DID Foundation (formerly the ASL BiSL Foundation).
  • It provides guidance and best practices for application management.
  • ASL®2 bridges the gap between application development and the neighbouring domains of business information.
  • This certification helps professionals develop the capability to improve how application management is executed.
  • Learners will also gain the skills to align application management best practice with other frameworks such as BiSL® and COBIT® 5
  • You can study by either joining an online (virtual) classroom or an in-person training option. Alternatively, you can book an exam directly and self-study.
  • The typical duration for the Foundation course is 3 days.
  • Pricing is available from our Accredited Training Organizations, or for an exam-only option, via our Public Exam Portal.
