Founded in 2015, the Istanbul Public-Private Partnership Center of Excellence (Istanbul PPPCoE) is dedicated to providing top-tier PPP advisory services and training programs for PPP human resource capacity building. We collaborate with governments, corporations, multilateral entities, financial institutions, and multinational companies to offer technical and strategic assistance in the development of policies, laws, and regulations within the PPP domain, benefiting both private and public institutions.
Every year, we host the “Istanbul PPP Week,” a cornerstone event featuring training sessions, discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities. This event also includes Business to Business (B2B) meetings, facilitating direct dialogue between public officials and private sector companies to explore and assess bilateral investment opportunities. To further enhance capacity building, we offer a variety of training programs both online and in-person including CP3P Certification Program accredited by APMG and executive PPP trainings.
The Public-Private Partnership Research Center analyzes different experiences from both the literature and the field in areas such as PPP project development, financial resource generation, adaptation to modern project management principles, commissioning, service delivery and service supervision, and conducts studies that will contribute to the development of the model day by day.
In addition, it organizes certified PPP trainings and conferences and contributes to the international PPP literature through its publications.
