Self-studying for an exam can be a great option to support your learning style and budget. 

If you have chosen to self-study for one of our exams you can book your exam using our online Public Exams portal. 

Study Materials can be found on the relevant Certification page. 

Once you've purchased the exam, you can login to the Candidate Portal, which will detail your exam expiry date. Here you can also register your details, book the exam date (if it is Proctored), and sit the exam. 

Once you know when you will be sitting your exam, you can create a study plan based on how many weeks you have until this exam. You can download the free study plan template below – and adapt it as appropriate.

We advise that you book out set times to study, create a space as free from distractions as possible, if you dare you could even put your smart phone away. You may find it best to plan small but regular study sessions, which can make it feel more achievable and keep you motivated. 

If you discover self-study you do want additional support, our accredited training organizations (ATOs) can provide you with other training and study options.
